Meet Deneen McCaffery, C.O.O.
Chief Operating Officer
With over three decades of experience in healthcare, Deneen brings heart, leadership, and deep expertise to the team. After earning her bachelor’s degree from Philadelphia University and starting her career in nursing, she found her calling in the business side of healthcare—combining compassion with strategy to make a bigger impact.
Though she worked outside the business in management and analytics, her commitment brought her back to Academy Injury & Health Center 16 years ago. Today, Deneen plays a vital role behind the scenes while also serving on several community boards—proving her dedication to helping others doesn’t stop at the clinic doors.
When she’s not guiding the business or volunteering locally, Deneen treasures travel adventures and family time with her husband, Dr. McCaffery, their daughters, sons-in-law, and beloved grandson, Philip.
