Meet Philip Consalvo Jr.
Director of Operations
Born and raised in Northeast Philadelphia, Phil is a proud alumnus of Archbishop Ryan High School and LaSalle University. His love for the city and its sports, especially baseball and the Eagles, runs deep, and that passion shows in everything he does.
Phil is an active leader in the community, proudly serving on the board of Helping Hands Northeast. He plays a key role in organizing meaningful local events, including a Thanksgiving Food Drive that provides meals to over 600 families every year.
When he’s not at Academy Injury & Health Center or out supporting the community, Phil can usually be found spending time with his wife and son—or out on the field coaching baseball, his lifelong favorite sport.
